New Style... Something Different

Here is a new stlye I've had kicking around in my head. I wanted to try a Rackham sort of thing and decided on something like the image to the right. I am going to develop it further to see where it goes and decide if it is something I want to keep around. We'll see.

OK, it's been awhile since I've posted anything, so I decided to get off my lazy duff and scan in some figure drawings I've done. Below are some twenty minute drawings I completed while at my weekly figure drawing class. Hope you like them.

Faerie Wood

I finished this image a little while ago. It is for a children's book called "The Sun Comes Up and the Moon Goes Down". It is the opening page for the story and is done in Photoshop. More to come soon! (I hope)

Boardgame Cover

Just finished this piece as a boardgame Cover for ZMan Games. It was a lot of fun to do, especially the research end. I painted it in Photoshop.

Here is a rough for a children's book I am working on about fairies. It is done in Photoshop. The little round spots in the trees will have a warm orange glow emanating from them.
